Competition Terms and Conditions
for 2 hour childrens disco
1. This competition is for Ellis Discos to provide a 2 hour children's disco party only. This does not include the venue, prizes and/or any other item and/or services and/or any costs/charges associated with a children's party disco or any costs incurred by the service user.
2. Ellis Discos will supply a Dj with a booth and lights only and does not include the venue. The venue will be organised by the client/service user entirely at there own cost and will not in any way or time pass on the costs of venue hire nor make Ellis Discos Responsible for any costs incurred for any use of venue or the hire of any venue and any and all costs for the use of any venue is solely the responsibility of the client/service user and not Ellis Discos.
3. Extras such as bubble machines and smoke machines will incur a small extra charge to you the client to cover the cost of bubble fluid and/or smoke fluid.
4. Prizes for party games must be supplied by the client/service user at there own cost.
5. Ellis Discos can supply prizes by prior agreement and will incur a extra charge to the client/service user.
6. This competition is to supply A Dj for the sole purpose of performing a 2 hour children's party Disco at a venue supplied by the client/service user at a venue only available in Barton upon Humber, scunthorpe, Grimsby, Cleethorpes and any area village between Barton Upon Humber and Cleethorpes and between Barton Upon Humber and Scunthorpe.
The 2 hour Children's party Disco will be supplied no further than 20 miles radius of Barton Upon Humber.
North of the Humber bridge is not included unless arranged by prior agreement and will incur extra charges.
No other area is available unless by prior agreement and may incur extra charges.
7. All venues must have available free on site parking unless agreed in advance.
8. Ellis Discos reserves the right to cancel/withdraw any service relating to this promotion at any time with no warning whatsoever and without giving any reasons or explanation.
9. Ellis Discos reserves the right to cancel a Party/Disco at any time with no warning and for any reason without explanation. Ellis discos will not be held responsible for any venue hire costs or costs of finding a replacement disco service provider at any time or for any reason and shall be the sole responsibility of the client/service user.
10. Ellis discos will not be held/made responsible for any costs fees and/or charges incurred by the client/service user whatsoever and is the sole responsibility of the client/service user at all times with no exception in any way whatsoever.
11. This prize has zero monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item and/or service whatsoever.
12. Ellis Discos will not be held responsible for any loss and/or damage caused whatsoever by using Ellis Discos for any services we offer or provide and shall be the sole responsibility of the client/service user at all times.
13. Any costs/charges incurred to Ellis Discos whatsoever for the supply of any disco or service shall be the responsibility of the client/service user.
14. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in Ellis Discos withdrawing the offer to supply a Disco/party or any other service without warning at any time.
15. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
16. Any children's party/Disco booked for this competition can only be booked for the following days, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and must not finnish any later than 2100hrs. This offer is not valid or available on a Friday and Saturday.
16. By taking part in this competition you agree to these terms and condition in conjunction with the booking agreement that you will receive when a party is booked.
